Friday August 17 Bestball Format
• Round 1 Shotgun Start @ 1:30 PM at Pokegama & Eagle Ridge
• Registration begins at 11:00 AM
• Skins game $20.00 team /Cash payout
• Players Pool (two day event) $40.00 team Cash payout
• Lunch available off the menu at both courses
• Free Range balls available at both courses during the tournament.
• Power cart fees are $16.00 per rider/day payable in golf shops.
• Friday Skins paid out at your Sunday course
• Friday/Saturday players pool paid out at your Sunday course.
• All field events paid out at your Sunday course.
Putting Tournament Qualifying between nines. Low 32 golfers at each course qualify for play on Saturday at 5:30 PM sharp at the Pokegama Golf Course putting green.
Dinner available at each course after Friday's first round.
Breakfast available at each course Saturday at 7:00 AM
Saturday August 18 Chapman Alternate Shot Format
• Round 2 8:30 AM Shotgun Start at Pokegama & Eagle Ridge
• Breakfast available at each course Saturday at 7:00 AM
• Skins game registration. $20.00 Team Cash Payout
• Optional emergency 9 or 18 @ Pokegama. No green fee. Only a cart fee.
• Long Drive Contest at Pokegama 3:30-5:00, Open Division. Ladies Division. Senior Division-50 +. $5.00 entry for 3 drives. Enter as many times as desired.
• Putting Tournament Finals. 64 qualifiers-Match Play Cash Payout-
• 5:30 PM sharp at the Pokegama putting green.
• Putting Tournament is a cash payout.
• Players Pool Paid out at your Sunday course
• Skins game paid out at your Sunday course
• Dinner Saturday from 4:30 to 6:30 PM at Pokegama
Sunday August 19 Scramble Format
• Round 3 Tee Times 8:00-10:00 AM at Pokegama & Eagle Ridge
• Breakfast available at each course Sunday at 7:00 AM
• Skins game registration $20.00/team
• Players pool, Friday/Saturday skins, and Friday/Saturday field events paid out at your Sunday course.
• Merchandise certificates awarded at each course upon completion of play.
Certificates are redeemed at the course they are won at.
Certificates expire October 31, 2012
Lunch available at each course after Sundays round.
